What is papaya for our health? Much.
Papaya fruit, we can eat as dessert. Its good taste. Defecation can unleash. Very useful for the frequent constipation. Have the natural vitamin C, which is beneficial to increase the body's resistance. In Indonesia, there is a good young papaya fruit. Eating mixed with other fruits, and called rujak. Rujak eaten with spices. Spices made from the beans. Spices have two flavors, spicy and sweet. Very tasty.
Papaya fruit cooked, have a color red orange. Matches to want to diet. Because, papaya fruit can make a satisfyingly.
Usually, when I want to diet, in one day, I only eat papaya, sometimes mixed with apple, watermelon and cantaloupe.
